This site (http://www.yale.edu/ynhti/curriculum/units/1989/2/89.02.06.x.html) is a curriculum unit for English classes, grade 5-12 presented by Maggie Roberts, who is a middle school teacher of theatre. The site was assembled by the Yale-New Haven Teachers Institute, which is "an educational partnership between Yale University and The New Haven Public Schools".

I found a copyright date of 2001 but no update notation. All links were active.

A link is given for communicating with the Yale-New Haven Institute, which has email addresses but no street address.

Several references to other works were properly attributed on this site. Also included was a bibliography for teachers and for students.

The curricular unit included two lesson plans for use with students and one for use with students and teachers (possible workshop). Although not stated in the text, I would assume that the material has been printed in paper form in order to be included in the New Haven Public School's curriculum guides.

This site had good plans for pre-performance activities for middle school students, using poetry to improve language skills and to make use of students' imaginations.
