Abstract/Summary: A 19th century British highwayman, or
robber, rides up to the inn to tell his lover Bess that he is
leaving to make a fortune on a robbery and that she is to look
for him the next night. Tim, the jealous inn servant also in
love with Bess tips King George's soldiers off about the
robbery and they hold Bess hostage knowing the highwayman is
coming back for her. What happens next? That I won't say at
the moment. You'll have to be patient and wait until you hear
the story!
