Abstract/Summary

In my youth, I read voraciously and found the story of Anne of Green Gables especially satisfying and inspirational. Anne served as a great role model, being a small but feisty and determined little girl. Having watched her go through her own transformations of spirit over the course of several books, I was busy going about my own life. Then after a series of my own adventures, I realized that there are many ways of expressing the "radical" that we experience internally.
