There are many extraordinary women throughout our history. One of them is Helen Keller. Keller was both deaf and blind for most of her life. Helen Keller was born on June 27, 1880 and die at the age of 87 on June 1, 1968. Through out her life she overcame many obstacles, performing extraordinary accomplishments and has become a hero to many people with and without disabilities.
