INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION

My name is Nikki Driver and I am relatively new to the art/practice of storytelling.  I have a BA in English from TCU and am currently working on my MS in Library and Information Science from UNT. When I graduate from the SLIS program I plan on working as a librarian in a public library system such as the Ft Worth Libraries and want to include as one of my duties storytelling, for both children and adult audiences.  In past work as a teacher, teacher's aide and tutor, I have used storytelling as both entertainment and an educational tool.  I love a good ghost/scary story, and these are my favorite types of stories to tell.
